Certol has just completed upgrades to our manufacturing facility decreasing order fulfillment time. We now have the capacity to store large quantities of product in our warehouse to alleviate the lag in shipping to you, having installed drive-in racking to increase our storage capacity and upgraded our ACID Magic production room.
Although these upgrades will enhance our shipping time, we request that you allow at least a 2-week lead time during our busiest months, May - July, particularly for truckload orders. Also note that orders can be placed well in advance of when you need them and scheduled for shipping at a later date. We cannot, however, change the order once it has been picked and staged to ship. We will make every effort to exceed your expectations and ship product out earlier than the lead times given.
Please help us by putting your orders in early and planning for the big wave of activity that every pool season brings us all!
