Certol Pays it Forward

Whether it’s donating our graffiti removal product, Remover Magic, for a community clean up day, participating in DentaCheques, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to the dentistry needs for handicapped individuals, or supporting KIND (Kids in Need of Dentistry), a Colorado based organization that provides dental care to children who otherwise would not get it, Certol has always been committed to the communities it serves.

Over the years, Certol has dedicated tens of thousands of dollars of product to organizations nationwide, including the Stout Street Foundation. Certol provides Stout Street, an organization that assists individuals addicted to drugs and alcohol, with our Tumble laundry detergent free of charge to ensure their residents have clean and sanitary laundry during their stay.

Most recently, the company provided free product to the Kansas City Mission of Mercy, a nonprofit dedicated to helping the underprivileged. Their annual dental clinic event helps over 1,000 low income people receive dental care. Over 100 dentists, nurses, community volunteers, and even the National Guard, come together to help others in need. Certol contributed infection control supplies to help ensure a high level of care is administered.

Beyond that, Certol products have been donated to schools ravaged by infection, and to police and fire departments. “I just wish we could do more,” said Ed Cassinis, Certol President. “It is unfortunate that we cannot do something for every request that comes across our desks, but we do what we can because we want to help and because we want to be a responsible company. It’s just the right thing to do.”
