Planned Unit Development Approved!

On March 1, 2011, the Planning Commission approved a Planned Unit Development proposed by Certol International. Certol will meet with the Commerce City City Council on April 4^th to determine if a tank will be approved for installation allowing expansion of production capabilities.

The City of Commerce City has been extremely helpful in assisting Certol through this process.

The Planned Unit Development will help Certol achieve a long term goal of around the clock production capabilities which, in turn, would allow a growth of 10 to 20 percent in the upcoming years. This would also allow for an expansion in employees, providing employment to two to three times the number currently employed.
